Ticket Scanner

The Ticket Scanner  at Sun Valley is many times one of the first to interact with our guests on the mountain. They greet guests, answer questions, scan tickets, and manage the flow of any lift lines.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and answer questions
  • Scan lift tickets to ensure they are valid
  • Redirect guests with invalid lift tickets to the appropriate location to resolve the issue
  • Maintain a safe and orderly environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


  • Cheerful and friendly demeanor
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
