Spa Front Desk Reception

At Sun Valley Resort our Spa Front Desk Receptionists greet and interact positively with guests, make and confirm spa reservations, record and track payments, answer the phones and provide knowledgeable customer service about spa treatments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote the spa by conducting tours and answering guest questions
  • Answer phones, book and confirm spa reservations
  • Track payments, handle cash and balance a till
  • Greet and escort spa guests to designated treatment centers
  • Be a positive participant in spa strategies and initiatives
  • Be knowledgeable and comfortable with retail sales
  • Support core staff and assist in technician schedules and appointments
  • Communicate with spa management in writing new protocols and SOPs for future practices
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SMS, Spasoft, or other booking programming a plus.
  • Must be able to navigate Microsoft and Excel efficiently.
  • Exceptional customer service in person and through phone communication required.
